6. AI-Powered Tools

3TK MGMT utilizes artificial intelligence and automated systems as part of our property management operations, including but not limited to tenant communication, screening, and reporting. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI-generated outputs are reviewed and overseen by our team. All final decisions regarding property management are made by human operators.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number through our website, third-party listing platforms (including but not limited to Apartments.com, Zillow, ShowMojo, and Haven), or by calling our leasing line, you consent to receive text messages from 3TK MGMT related to your property inquiry. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, tour scheduling, property details, and leasing follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at admin@3tkmgmt.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property management services.
